Mr Sadrudin Esmail Husein lived in Tanga, Tanzania. Sadrudin lived across form the Jamat Khana in downtown Tanga, and later moved to the Aga Khan flats in the 1960s. He was best known as "Tagaro" by his friends and family.

Sadrudin was an accountant by profession, before his tragic death at the age of 52, he worked as the chief accountant for the Tanzania Motor Corporation.
