It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhooma Aminabai Abdulrasul Ahmed Jaffer who passed away on, Wednesday, December 16, 2015, and was buried on, Wednesday, December 17, 2015, in Minnesota.

Mo'mineen are requested to remember Marhooma with Sura-e-Fateha and Namaz Hadya-e-Mayyit.

Marhooma was the daughter of Marhoom Abdulla Fazal (Bukoba, Tanzania). She was the mother of Zehra Ansar Ahmed, Nazmul Jaffer (Minnesota), Mohamed Jaffer (London, UK), Shaukat Jaffer (Dar es Salaam) and Mahmood Jaffer (Vancouver).

She was also the mother in law of Dr. Ansar Ahmed.
