She loved lado and ghantias.
On the day she died, she asked when the family was going to make lado and ghantias.
They told her we can make right now if you want- They made them for her and she died the same day.
The Mukhi-saheb usually did not come to Kariakoo from Gham for chanta but Mukhi Amarshi Manji came after sisters Sheri and Emu called him.
Her sons had tried to find her family but were told that the entire family was wiped out in the Partition of India and Pakistan.
An Interesting story related by granddaughter: Gulshan:
"One time, the family called a spiritualist at home to call the 'ruani" of Bhanji Daya. The spiritualist said that the spirit was unhappy as he had not paid "chanta" forgiveness money for his mother, Fulbai at her death. When the family checked, it was true that it had not been paid!!"
