Hassam Bharmal had a son named Jaffer whose son Mohamedali owned a famous restaurant (a hang-out for all Indian communities) in Mombasa called BLUE ROOM RESTAURANT.
Hassam also had a daughter Satbai who was Ladha Manji Haji's (from Kyela and Mbeya) grandmother.
Hassam Bharmal had 3 other sons but their names and history is not known. It is said that Hassam had moved to Karachi and he died there.
