Jamal was the last of my line born in 1862 in Dawn Ghada. He was the oldest of the 3 boys. His sons Jamal and Alibhai were continuing the trip to Mozambique. This was their original destination. The Two Boys were amongst the first to see Mozambique in 1872. Their brother Kassam got a chance to visit it later. At Twelve, Jamal was responsible for assessing the Country's business potential, and look after his Brother. This trip later resulted in our family's dissolution. Necessity and responsibility, made kids grow up fast. No childhood Indulgences. Boys of that generation grew up quickly. Life had few frills. They were serious boys.
