The German Colonial Handbook 1908 mentions "Kassu Datu" as an Indian trader, resident in Ngerengere in 1908.
Since he is not listed in 1904 version of the German Colonial Handbook, it would seem that he arrived in Ngerengere between 1904 and 1908.
