Kassam Haji was a pedlar Read the story Khoja Peddlers in North India here - retailing his goods around the Madhapar area.
It is also family legend that he used to do his trade in the jungle areas with many wild animals and primitive tribes. Once he was captured and was almost made into a human sacrifice!
It said he used to bike with two cycles-in case, one broke down, he had a spare!
