My dad used to run a Shell gas station in Tanga, Tanzania.
My mom, Rosy Kassam used to work for the East African Airlines.
She was the first one in Tanga to work and drive - a Fiat!
She was also known as Rosy cut because she was brave enough to get her hair cut first.
My parents were very fun loving and I remember many parties and their friends always coming and going from our house.
