His son, Rai Saheb Aminkumar Andharia also continued the family tradition of service and served the Bhavnagar Jamat in various institutions for more than 35 years.
He served as Mukhi Saheb of the Bhavnagar Gupti Jamat for six years (1978–1984). In addition, he served as Chairman of the Ismailia Association for the Junagadh Board from 1985 to 1986.
He also served as ITREB Chairman for Southern Saurashtra from 1986 to 1992.
