Saroj started education in Visnagar and Ahmedabad up to B.A. After B.A.she was admitted to the BPNA Course for 4 years in Ahmedabad.
She got a government Job in Civil Hospital Junagadh as a Staff Nurse in 1982 She served in Government jobs in Junagadh up to 1982-1990. She married Chhotu Nazarali Khanderia in 1983 at Junagadh. transferred to Amreli and Babra community health centre in 1990-2000. She transferred the job in Rajkot from 2000-2004. She takes volunteer retirement on the job with the benefit of government innovation.
She served as a Chairperson of Agakhan Health board Junagadh in 1983-1986.She served as a Health board member and Woman Activity portfolio. She served as a Northern Saurashtra regional Health board member for 10 years from 2001-2010. She served as a Mukhiyanai of the Chandrat Majalis in Raiya road Jamatkhana in 2004-2005 she served Mukhiyani of Life DEdication Majalis of Boghani street Jamatkhana from 2009-2012 She served Mukhiyani saheba of Nurani Majalis in Raiya road Jamatkhana during 2016-2019. She served as a Jamati Volunteers group from 2015-2025. She settled in Secunderabad Jamatkhana from 2019. At present she serves as the volunteer at Jamatkhana committee level.
